• The website is operated by Galerie Rberry, a brand under ChateauMarie Digital Ventures Philippines Inc., a duly registered company under the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Philippines, and operates in compliance with the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394) and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).

• By using this site, you confirm you are at least 18 years old, or that you are using it with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

• You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with operations, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in unlawful activity.

2. Nature of Products and Services

• Galerie Rberry offers small-batch ritual tools (spell jars, petition jars, essences, aguas, talismans, crystal wear, curated decks/books, and apothecary goods).

• These products are spiritual and metaphysical in nature, designed for personal empowerment and reflection.

• They are not medicines, cosmetics, or food products. They do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any illness.

• All items are handmade or curated; natural variances in color, texture, or scent may occur and are not considered defects.

3. Orders and Acceptance

• Orders are confirmed only after payment has been received.

• We no longer accept “claiming” of items via social media to avoid the never ending occurances of “joy claimers”.

• We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

• Order confirmations and shipping notices will be sent via the email provided at checkout.

4. Pricing and Payments

• All prices are listed in Philippine Peso (₱) and may change without prior notice.

• Prices you see include VAT and there are no hidden checkout fees — we cover the usual merchant processing fees so you don’t have to.

• Any additional fees you may see (e.g., bank, card issuer, PayPal, GCash, or currency conversion fees) are determined by your payment provider. Those are outside our control and would be billed by your bank or wallet. See below for breakdown:

  • PayPal: We charge only your invoice total + shipping. PayPal may apply its own conversion rate/fees; these are not set or collected by us. PayPal charges us, Galerie Rberry, a processing fee per transaction. We absorb this cost and do not add a surcharge to your order for paying with PayPal.

  • GCash: We charge only your invoice total + shipping. GCash or your bank may add service/FX fees depending on your funding source.

  • Bank Transfer: We charge only your invoice total + shippinhg. Your bank may charge transfer or interbank fees and use its own FX rate for non-PHP accounts.

• Prices may change without prior notice.

• Accepted payment methods include: GCash, bank transfer, and PayPal.

• By placing an order, you confirm that payment details provided are valid and authorized for use.

• We are not liable for delays, holds, or other actions taken by banks or payment providers. If an order is flagged for suspected fraud, we may request additional verification and may withhold shipment until the matter is resolved.

• Any false, unauthorized, or fraudulent transactions may be reported to the proper authorities.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Orders are shipped every Thursday, unless otherwise indicated.

• Free shipping applies to Philippine orders above ₱3,000.

• International shipping is not yet being offered.

• We do not guarantee delivery times and are not liable for courier delays or disruptions caused by natural disasters, strikes, or lockdowns.

• Risk of loss passes to you once the product has been delivered to your designated address.

6. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

In line with the DTI Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394):

• General Items: Damaged or defective items may be returned within 7 days of receipt, with proof of purchase. Items must be unused, unamed, and in original packaging to qualify.

• Made-to-Order Spiritual Tools: Spell or petition jars, and similar ritualized items created in accordance with a client’s specific petition or intention, are non-refundable and non-returnable as they are custom-made and consecrated to the individual.

  • Exception: If such an item arrives broken or damaged due to a delivery mishap, we may offer a refund or replacement upon receipt of photographic proof and incident details.

• Other Spiritual Goods: Used spiritual products (opened sprays, aguas, oils, talismans) are also non-refundable once unsealed or used.

• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed via the original payment method.

7. Disclaimer on Spiritual Tools

• All Galerie Rberry creations are intended as ritual and symbolic tools to support personal reflection, intention-setting, and empowerment.

• They are not substitutes for professional medical, legal, psychological, or financial advice.

• No guarantees of outcomes are made. Results vary by individual practice, belief, and circumstance.

• Use all items responsibly. Some items are indicated to be avoided during pregnancy or near pets unless otherwise indicated.

• We collect personal information (such as name, email, and address) only to process orders and communicate with you.

• All personal data is handled in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).
