How to Order

Step 1 : Selection

Select your preferred items by hitting “Purchase” and adding them to your cart. Once you are ready, you will be redirected to The Checkout page.

Step 2 : Input your Email Address

Input your email address. Your email address will be important for receiving your Order Confirmation, Shipping Update and of course, will be used as a secondary way to contact you in case of order concerns.

If you’d like to sign up for for news and updates using this email address, please check the box! It is optional, of course. (But keeps you updated on special magical things!)

Step 3 : Choose Your Delivery Option

Squarespace can be a little tricky with Bank & GCash payments but we gotchu— so listen up!

If you are paying for this order via Bank or GCash, please select:

  • Offline - strictly for GCASH or BANK only (Pay Shipping later)

If you are paying for this order via Paypal or Credit Card via Paypal, then you must select depending on your location:

  • Luzon Shipping - Php 149 (ETA 1-3 days)

  • Visayas + Mindanao Shipping - Php 199 (ETA 4-7 days)

Please double check this before you checkout. Kindly select based on which payment method you choose. Issa must!

Step 4 : Fill up your Shipping Address & Details

The Shipping Address and Details must be the correct name and address of recipient.

If the order is for you, go on ahead and place your complete details.

If this order is a gift, indicate name and address of your recipient (not yours!)

If this order is a gift for someone else but will be sent to you, indicate your name and address and place in the Notes later on the name of the recipient (for the box)

Details placed here will be for our Shipping Waybill with our courier. It will help very much if you indicated the Barangay.

When all done, hit Continue.

Step 5 : The Notes Section

Just some notes, reminders and a section for you to indicate your notes.

A quick reminder:

Free shipping applies to Philippine orders above ₱3,000. If you have normal items and pre-orders in your order that have a separate dates of shipment, it is advised that you either:

  • Choose to have them delivered all together as soon as pre-ordered items are ready and available

  • Choose to have them delivered separately, but paying of added shipping fee applicable to your location will be on the succeeding deliveries after the first.

When all done, hit Continue.

Step 6: Payment — ok the part people get confused about but we promise it’s not that hard!

This step has two parts. We urge your attention and cooperation (plz)

Step 6A: If paying via Gcash or Bank

  • As soon as you reach this part, you just need to input the code PAYOFFLINE - all caps, no space- in this little box entitled “Gift or Discount Code”. Hit Apply.

  • You will know it worked if you see that the Total hit 0.

  • We do this because Squarespace (ya tricky thing!) requires Credit Card or Paypal payments to checkout— but since some can’t that all the time (duh), we have to bypass (para-paraan) by tricking the system into thinking its free.

  • Please don’t forget that you are still expected to pay for the correct amount. (di talaga yan free, bestie)

  • When you’re all settled, just hit Purchase and IT IZ DONE. Order success!

Step 6B: If paying via Paypal or Credit Card via Paypal

  • Lucky you bestie because this website is Paypal-friendly.

  • Without a single hitch, all you need to do is just select Pay via Paypal, get redirected to your Paypal login and authorize the transaction there.

  • Once it’s done, you’ll be notified that your order is successful. PAWER!

That’s it! Not too complicated right? (We promise though, we are finding ways to improve this!)

Get your Order confirmation via email. If you haven’t paid at this point, payment deets will be sent there as well. Just don’t forget to send your proof of payment to us via email or via Instagram DMs.

Payment Methods Accepted

Scan the QR Codes or use the bank details provided. For Paypal, it will be via the Checkout page. For Credit Card, please note that as of Sept 2025, we are now utilizing Credit Card payments via Paypal and no longer via Stripe.

All prices in the website are VAT inclusive and listed in Philippine Peso (₱) and may change without prior notice. There are no hidden checkout fees — we cover the usual merchant processing fees so you don’t have to. Any additional fees you may see (e.g., bank, card issuer, PayPal, GCash, or currency conversion fees) are determined by your payment provider. Those are outside our control and would be billed by your bank or wallet. We are not liable for delays, holds, or other actions taken by banks or payment providers. If an order is flagged for suspected fraud, we may request additional verification and may withhold shipment until the matter is resolved.

Shipping is FREE Nationwide for orders over Php 3000.

Shipping is every Thursday - Jupiter Day! (unless it’s a holiday)

Cut off for ordering is Wednesday (day before) at 2pm.

PHP 149 Luzon - covers all of Luzon areas including Metro Manila (ETA 1-3 days)

PHP 199 Visayas & Mindanao - covers all areas within Visayas & Mindanao (ETA 4-7 days)

We are utilizing LBC, a reliable and trusted on-time courier. Insurance is also being shouldered by us.

Open box service is still being offered if you’d like to add more items to hit the Php 3000 mark within the next 2 weeks from first order. (Max 2 weeks only but can extend if you have a pre-order)

These fees are fixed and applies to Philippine clients and buyers only.

Shipping applies for all Website Shop items.

All shipping fees are prepaid.

NO COD FEES to be collected.

We maintain a hassle-free delivery.

All shipping fees are prepaid with courier before they are shipped to you. There are no COD fees expected when parcels arrive to you. Kindly report to us immediately if you encounter these issues.

What kinds of pre-orders do you offer?

  1. Group Buy: We open a window with the 25th of each month as cut off; after it closes, we order in bulk. Your payment secures your slot. If we reach a minimum of 4 total orders across any item in the Group Buy section every cut off, we source together. If unsuccessful, we refund you or you can choose to move your order to the next batch.

  2. Date-Based (e.g., Aguas): These are ritualized & created over a fixed period (e.g., 29 days for Agua de Flores). The product page shows the date they will be ready.

  3. Restock or Made-to-Order: If a variant is out of stock, you may select a Restock (2–3 weeks) option—we make it for you in the next run. These also applies for commissioned or custom items.

  4. Normal Pre-order: Some items require an upfront order before we source from our suppliers. This is different from a Group Buy, as we do not require a Minimum Order to ship.

When will my pre-order ship?
As soon as the items are created/ sourced and ready to be set, we quality-check and then we dispatch on the nearest Thursday. You’ll get a shipping email with tracking.

Can I check out with in-stock and pre-order items together?
Yes, definitely. Best practice is we ship all of them together when your pre-ordered items are ready. If you prefer to separate the shipping, it may incur additional costs.

On Pre-Orders & Group Buys

Can I cancel a Group Buy order?
No you cannot. All sales made in the website are final. As soon as you place them, we do our best to secure and pool all needed orders together. It can only be truly cancelled if MOQ of 4 orders (not necessarily yours) are not met within the cut off period.

What if the Group Buy doesn’t meet minimum quantity or is delayed?
We’ll contact you right away with options (e.g., refund, revised ETA or alternatives).

Are pre-orders handmade or curated from another source?
Both appear in our shop. Handmade pieces reserve a spot in the next small-batch run. Curated items (e.g., decks/books) list ETA on the product page.

How do I pay?
GCash, bank transfer, or PayPal. Free PH shipping applies to qualifying order totals.
