Under eclipse skies, imbalance becomes impossible to ignore. Habuhiah offers restoration: the courage to mend what has been fractured, and the wisdom to honor cycles that sustain rather than drain.

Each Shem jar is made to listen to your petition.

• Hold the jar gently and name the cycle or imbalance you wish to heal — whether it is exhaustion, overgiving, or an inherited generational pattern.

• Speak or chant the admitting word: “CHEH-BEH-VAH.” Let the sound vibrate as a thread of restoration, weaving into the seal.

• In your own words, ask for repair, balance, or reciprocity. Be as specific as you need — name the relationship, the habit, or the cycle.

• Imagine what freedom or balance would feel like. Visualize the weight lifting, the pattern dissolving, or the exchange becoming equal.

• Seal your ask with three taps, a breath, or a gesture that feels right — such as pressing the jar to your heart for a moment, or tracing a small circle of completion over the lid.

• Return to the jar when old cycles stir again. Each time you speak to it, the petition deepens, layering your intent until the change takes root.

How to Use
